The emitted carbon dioxide would be injected into the Occidental Petroleum oilfields.

This project would be located 'near Bakersfield, CA'.

A carbon capture and sequestratio facility (CCS). They state they will begin construction in 2011 and finish in 2014. Carbon sequestration would begin in 2016.
