Received Air Permit in Dec 2010 This plant would burn anthracite coal. They hoped to begin construction in 2010. As of Feb 2010, the estimate is by end of 2011. Map marker is inexact as could not determine exact location. The electricity from the plant would serve the PJM West market. This IGCC plant would meet the PA Alternative Energy law. 2010: EmberClear purchased the Tracy Slope Mine in Porter and Frailey Townships, along both sides of the Good Spring Creek and the railway, from the village of Good Spring to the high-tension power line right-of-way.
