  Dear All,
            I'm having immense problems with new Verizon FIOS software that was put in my computer 12 days ago. I had Earthlink for years and everything was great. Can you please take just a little time to give me some feedback on what's driving me N-U-T-S????? Any and all help is much appreciated.
