[NukeNet] looking for 'Nuclear Fool" graphic

Friends,

I'm looking for a graphic I believe I have seen somewhere along the 
ways since the 1970s of a jester happily juggling little atom icons.
I recently was asked to tape a 5-minute video commentary at our local 
cable access studio, & I titled it "Nuclear Fools."  When the 
producer asked for a graphic as an opening shot, a memory of this 
image came back to mind...
If you know where to find it, it needs to be in the public domain or 
useable with permission of artist.
