[NukeNet] Russian nuclear warheads turned to fuel

Can someone please tell me where I can find definitive information on the  
program that dismantles the Russian nuclear arsenal, changes the uranium  from 
HEU to LEU which is then used in US nuke plants for fuel?  I've read  the 
government(s) sites and they explain the program but not the amounts  produced, 
etc....
 
Thanks, this program and its expansion has been brought up by pro-nukers as  
a solution to dwindling uranium supplies and I would like to be able to 
counter  their claims.
