ACTION ALERT: Send your comment via email to the Dept. of Energy on its
plans for a Livermore Lab main site bio-warfare agent research facility as
soon as you can!

The DOE has just released its "revised" environmental assessment for this
bio-war research -- and DOE has done a terrible job.

Please be sure to include a request for a 30 day extension of the public
comment period.

As it now stands, the comment period on this DANGEROUS facility will end on
May 11.

ACT TODAY, DON'T DELAY. Your email to DOE does not have to be long. It does
have to be sent before May 11.

Your participation is important. The DOE will count the number of comments
it receives.

Moreover, this is the 9th Circuit Court-MANDATED security analysis, and if
DOE gets away with doing a terrible, horrible, sloppy job on it -- every
security analysis that follows will be equally sloppy. SEND YOUR COMMENTS
NOW.
