With the introduction of "Blair's nukem Last stand" in the UK, its time 
for us lazy US types to take a look at the raging debate already in full 
play over the global push being coordinated by the corporate globalist 
movement. One of the first and similar globalist pushes was now over a 
decade ago with electric deregulation campaigns, linked to the WTO 
transnational network of corporations.
