[NukeNet] Need Arguments Against Vitrification and Transmutation

I keep hearing about this Roy Process. Could someone please spell out the  
decay process for me. I just don't believe the Roy process. Furthermore PU is  
not the only dangerous material from nuclear waste.  Just look at the Chart  of 
the Nuclides.
