Hi Roger,

You are correct sir!, but for my purposes I'm specifically addressing the
need for a baseline standard for the development of a new Florida energy plan.

Sometimes people can over think these things, not you of course, but people.
It is now time for action and Jan and I have access to the policy making
base. We can use help but not in the form of advice but in the form of
logistical support for our program. Efficient resource management, Clean energy and
sustainability across the board.

Much of today's environmental community remind me the kids on past
recreational soccer team I've help coach. They kick the ball around but are unable,
through self defeating programing, to make a goal. They keep shooting right at
the goalie.

Hi Bob!

Looks like a pretty good start. I would add several more
steps,..................................

1. Serious energy planning needs modeling at the community level.

2. Energy usage and availability varies across the world, requiring a
variety of different models.

3. Energy models need to be integrated with localized sustainability
technologies like Permaculture

4. Community design levels include transportation models that bring work to
people not people to work.

Roger
