Roger, I am surprised you would give this enough credence to post separately.
It is difficult to imagine that international sensors would not 
detect such an event, and then also keep it secret.
Furthermore, neither the Epoch Times story nor the original article 
in Chinese includes photos of the scene and the reportedly disgorged 
cement.  That and an "unnamed expert" does not enhance the 
credibility of the story.
& the explosive force of hundreds of underground nuclear tests 
combined pales in comparison to the geological forces exerted in an 
earthquake.  The former as cause for the latter is comic-book fodder.
