That is the problem, pseudoscientists like Moret do not
merit a full throated response from real scientists -- that
is  problem in many areas of scientific inquiry because the
internet enables the pseudoscientists to magnify their
broadcasts beyond any reasonable value of their points of
discussion ..

Go read about HAARP -- then go read about Moret - she is a
bit nuts but the craftiest self-promoter that I know
because far too many people lack a sufficient understanding
of science to understand either the critics or the reality
of science.

PS -- If you know anyone who is a HAM radio operator, ask
them if they know about HAARP - they might introduce you to
ionospheric skip and other interesting things about
communications --
