Jeanine,
I didn't mean to mislead. I agree with all you say! I was responding to
their message (that it would be a bad thing to run out of plutonium) -
whereas most of humanity would rejoice if there was none left! Thanks for
clearing up any misunderstanding I may have caused by my posting. The other
point I wanted to making was that they are using that for an excuse to sell
(prop up) the enormously expensive, dangerous (dangerous to the peace of
the world as well as physically dangerous) and completely
unnecessary reprocessing proposal. -Kay
