[NukeNet] forest threats re nuke fuel cycle emissons - inquiry

Dear all --

Does anyone know of measured threats to Cumberland forests from  
emissions at any stage of the nuclear fuel cycle -- studies,  
contacts, links ...

We've started researching a documentary on threats to the mixed  
mesophytic forest regions along the plateau especially. With mining,  
leaching, processing, disposal et al, it would seem logical that  
there would be a radiological effect that would enter the forest life- 
stream and ecosystem.
